Print the base at 420%. Support will be necessary. Printing a kemono base standing on its chin is usually the fastest and saves support material. ABS or PLA+ work the best in my experience This NON-COMMERCIAL FILE, you can NOT sell raw-print bases made from this, whether foam or printed, unless you are the original commissioner. You must put credit anywhere you use this model, whether selling or showing off a finished suit. Please respect the model's licenses, especially since it is a free resource provided out of love.
