Attitude indicator for flight simulator

Attitude indicator for flight simulator

Description

This is an attitude indicator replica for use with a flight simulator. You will need to print each part once except for the beam : you need two of those. It was heavily influenced by the work done by alvaroalea therefore I indicated my design as a remix. However all pieces were re-designed from the ground in order to : 1) improve a bit on the original design 2) have embossed markings that could be painted (I wasn't thrilled by the glued graphic). It is designed for two servo-motors (SG90 like). You will need four M3x20 mm screws to attach the beams to the front plate. Two M2.5 screw are used to attach the printed parts to the servo heads. Two M3x10 mm scews are used to attach the vertical servo support to the beams. In total 6 M3 Hu nuts are to be used. Optionally there is a hole on the pitch ladder part to put a M3 screw in it to act as a support axis. Don't tighten the pitch ladder to the sphere ! It can't move if you do so, this screw only provide a support. Personally I use two nuts screwed one against the other just to old the M3 screw in place (so 8 nuts in total in my build).
