Trunk release bracket for an MX-5 NA Miata and a cheap generic motor
Description
This is a bracket for using a generic motor from a central locking kit as a trunk release for the NA Mazda Miata. There are two versions, a 3d printed version, and a sheet metal version as a template with holes and bending marks. Ive used aluminium. Make sure to print the 3D printed version from PETG, ABS, ASA or something like that, so that it doesnt melt in the summer :). It might require minor tweaking, as i got impatient and went for the sheet metal version before my test piece finished printing. I might revise it later, and add two small ribs on the other side.
