Alternative spool holder for Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro/Plus/Max printers

Thank you, @afruzu, for adapting this model to use standard 24 mm wheels. I encountered an issue with the original model when the elastic filament ran off the spool and wrapped around the holder, causing a print failure. This problem occurred because the spool was positioned too far from the center of the printer. To resolve this, I redesigned the holder to be closer to the center of the printer. Additionally, I reinforced certain parts of the holder by using a full infill to increase their strength. I also divided the roller into two parts to enhance printing precision and durability. There is no need to glue the parts together; the wheels on both sides will hold them securely in place. *Redesigned using **PrusaSlicer***
