A better power supply so Klipper would stop complaining about throttling. Print both parts with the flat face down and enable supports on buildplate only so the two screw holes can print without issue. Any filament material should work. Tolerances are quite large so the case should come together quite nicely. The converter brick should be inserted corner first so one mounting pin can pass through one mounting ear; you won't be able to insert it all at once due to the retaining lip in the back. Find a long, > 20mm M3 screw, your regular sets of up to M3x16 are way too short. I am providing the FreeCAD design in case modifications are needed. Please observe the license terms.
