Mini Fridge_2024

Mini Fridge_2024

Description

This is revision of my 2018 Mini Fridge. At that time, I failed to lower temperature enough. Even though prototype in woodrock was cool enough, my 3d printed fridge wasn't cool. In 2024, I challenged to fix problem. The problems are #1 sealing, #2 cooling. #1 Sealing 1) Use 28 magnets in door and body, 14 pcs each. 2) Separate fridge body and innerbox and fill the gap(8.5mm) with 5mm and 3mm woodrock. 3) inner box outer walls, covered using aluminum tapes air not to come ang go. 4) One more sealing between fridge body and innerbox with glue gun and silicon sealing tape. #2 Cooling Peltier has both sides. One is cold and the other is hot. Hot side should be cooled enough. Otherwise cold side temperature goes up again. So peltier module has heatsink and bigger fan on hot side. Made lots of vent hole in this hot side fan box. And it is quite effective and temp goes down lowest -2.4 celsius. Materials used. 12V 6A Peltier Module Woodrock : 5T, 3T Neodymium magnet : 28 ea Aluminum tape Silicon sealed tape : width 10mm LED, End stop switch, Spring Thermometer, Power Switch, DC Power Jack(12V) 12V, 16A SMPS I used Fusion360 for modeling and printed with Moment brand-new 3D Printer M300 which accelerates 3D Printing speed max 10 times faster than conventional one.
