GT2 - 20 teeth 6mm Timing Pulley
Description
This is a set of two timing pulleys with 20 teeth each, 6mm wide, compatible with 5mm shaft (nema steppers) or 8mm shaft (most linear rails). It has a good grip on the belt because the teeth are quite sharp, so it prints OK. There is a gap to slide an M3 nut and a hole for a small bolt. The ideal would be to use a headless screw. Prints fine in PETG, with 0.2 or even 0.3 mm of layer height. Once printed, if the hole is a bit tight for the shaft, I simply use a drill to clean the inside.
