Peristaltic Pump
Description
For a Project of mine I need a pump to dose liquid, has a pump capacity of round about 300ml/min and which is easy to clean. I got my hands on a peristaltic pump at work and thought that principle would be great for my application. I wanted to make a simple design with common and cheap parts because peristaltic pumps that are available on the market are quite expensive. This Design is still a work in Progress. It currently uses a 6x9mm Silicon Tube, 608zz Bearings for the Pump Rollers and a NEMA 17 bipolar Stepper. The first Prototype failed because the NEMA 17 ist too weak. Despite the problems I uploaded it so people can use and improve my design.
