Ring Indoor Cam Magnetic Base
Description
This is a base for the Ring Indoor Camera that allows you to screw the base of the camera into this print. It will require you to use 3mm screws, preferably pan head. You will have to use force to screw them in as it's made so that the screws create the threads the first time you screw them in. I use a drill on a low speed to drive the screws in. The magnets I used, I had on hand from another project but they are these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B1M73Y18/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They are very strong and if you can find different magnets that are the same size, i would get something that's maybe 10lbs of holding power. The magnets can be glued in but I made the hole for the magnet tight enough to press fit them.
