Yashica 44 (A) 35mm Framing Guide

Yashica 44 (A) 35mm Framing Guide

Description

This is an extremely simple frame guideline that can be left on top of the waist-level finder of the Yashica 44. My intention when making this was to be able to visualize where the sprocket holes will be in the frame to help me fine-tune my compositions through the WLF when using a 35mm-converted Yashica 44. I have the Yashica 44A, but I presume the WLF and focusing screen is the same between the various models, so it should work for all of them. I've marked this as WIP since I haven't film-tested it yet. I should have some results soon. I personally use this project to run 35mm film through my 44A: https://www.printables.com/en/model/251162-yashica-44-35mm-conversion-kit Additionally, I use the spool spacers from this project on the takeup spool: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5376594
