Description

If you want, you can support my project on PayPal. I am very grateful for every small donate :) Thank you!

Descpription:
Housing for USB-C Power Delivery module PDC004-PD from Amazon or Aliexpress. You can choose modules with different output voltage → 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V You can print it from two colours, but you don't need MMU, just change the colour 4 times manually. Next you need angled two/four-pin JST XH connectors (2.54 mm pitch), which you have to solder to the PCB module. I recommend gluing both parts together. The mounting holes here are more for if you want to install the whole module into another (larger) device. If you want to embed the housing into your project, use the dimensions from the drawing below:
You can download my prepared gcode or *.3mf file with my settings for PLA material and Prusa Mk4 printer or you can use my original *.STEP models for your own custom modifications :).

Prepared gcodes and *.3mf files use the M600 command to change the tool (filament color) and ask you for 4 manual filament changes at the beginning of the print. The first color is the color of the housing and the second color is the color around the USB-C connector. You can see in the photos that my 1st color (the housing color) is black and the 2nd color (around the connector) is red.

I recommend this settings for prints:

PLA, two colours (you don't need MMU, just change the colour 4 times manually)

Perimeters: 2

Infill: 20 %

Supports: yes
