Trim the background to 20x25 cm, or print directly on 20x25 cm paper. Place your background inside the photo frame. Position your 1:43 F1 model car in the frame. I've made the track base 15 cm long so it doesn't take up too much space. Put the frame together and you're done! This idea is inspired by some awesome displays on Etsy that sell for $60 to $130.
