GT86 Pioneer SPH-DA360DAB Head Unit Radio Bracket and Fascia

# Details This print consists of 3 parts: - A left bracket to mount the Pioneer SPH-DA360DAB to the Toyota GT86 Subaru BRZ - A right bracket to mount the Pioneer SPH-DA360DAB to the Toyota GT86 Subaru BRZ - A Fascia to fill left, right, bottom and top left by the Pioneer SPH-DA360DAB in the GT86/BRZ surround. This differs from the original by having additional supports on the mounting points, having been adjust such that the holes align with the SPH-DA360DAB holes, and such that the Fascia is a separate print that also fills top/bottom. # Install instructions 1. Mount left and right bracket to radio, the angled mount is the bottom, furthest one from the front of the radio. Careful not to use too long screws. 2. Screw radio with mounts into original location, you can re-use original bolts. Hold radio such that it will align perfectly with original surround and Fascia 3. Install original surround 4. Friction fit Fascia to fill gaps between radio and surround. stops at right depth due to bracket walls and should have enough friction to not fall out. # Adjustments instructions to fit other radio **Adjsut Fascia** You can adjust Fascia by creating an SVG based on my SVG or illustrator file and changing the inner width/length/corner curvature to match your radio. Simply convert SVG to STL by opening in tinkercad and making it 5mm in height. **Adjust mounting brackets** You can create an SVG like mine (svg or illustrator file) to have right height of radio and multiple mounting holes measured from front of radio. This SVG can then be loaded into tinkercad to replace mounting holes in my design. You may first want to remove the old "hole layer".
