Snail barrier/slug collar/Schneckenkragen
Description
Picture with plant has been taken after realising the need for it + with hope on recovery now... Other existing collars are not steep enough, so I decided to design one by myself inspired by the angle (50° overhang) of commercial ones, but with an added level of security: ring can be filled with water. Bigger snails are prevented by overhang, small (<2 cm) ones by the water. To make it higher, a bit of soil can be added to a small hump. Needed it quick, so quick & dirty/not well parameterized :> And do not add salt, as it will kill the plant also!
