Rotor Riot Tanq Caddx Walksnail Micro Cam Mount
Description
This is a remix of the FPV camera mounts for the Rotor Riot Tanq as posted by LetsFlyRC. When I used the FPV camera mounts that came with the Tanq to mount a Caddx Walksnail Micro FPV camera (19mmx19mm), I noticed that the sides of the camera cage were in view of the camera at the edges of the screen which was very annoying. Looking closely I could see that the lens of the camera was recessed well behind the cage and there was plenty of room to move it forward to get the cage out of view and still keep the camera protected. This mount moves the camera mount holes forward by 2.5mm, taking the camera cage out of view, but still keeping the lens protected behind the cage. This design has a fixed camera angle and is available in angles from 10 degrees to 30 degrees at every 5 degrees in between. It is designed this way to keep the camera the same distance behind the cage at each angle and the fixed positions ensure the FPV camera does not change angle in a crash.
