Snapmaker 200W CNC module Dust Extraction system (8x3mm Magnets)
Description
This is an upgrade for those who own the Snapmaker 200W CNC module for either the Artisan or 2.0 machines which adds inline chip and dust extraction to the module using either a CPAP hose or a standard 35mm shop vacuum as inlets. This is designed to be printed with as little supports as possible, incorporates 8x3mm magnets for easy tool changing and removal. The tube can also support the use of a CNC brush by means of clamping a brush to the nozzle. It requires the use of heat-set inserts in order to achieve this design, but this also allows you to service the module as well as to clear out any blockages if they occur. other versions will be uploaded to incorporate different magnet sizes. The ZIP folder contains the 5 STL files you need as well as a comprehensive instruction guide on how to assemble it, and the Fusion 360 source file for if you wish to make mods to the design.
