HIGH LOCKING TORQUED 775 GEAR MOTOR

HIGH LOCKING TORQUED 775 GEAR MOTOR

Description

Welcome to my latest 3D printing project! In this video, I showcase a custom-designed gear motor that features a worm gear as the driving force. This setup includes two intermediate gears and a final driven gear, all powered by a robust 775 motor. With an output speed of 130 RPM and a practically calculated stall torque of 19.6 Kg·cm at 12V, this gear motor is both powerful and efficient for a wide range of applications. To determine the maximum torque of our 3D-printed gear motor, I used a practical and straightforward method involving dumbbells. I began by attaching a series of dumbbells to the end of the torque arm. The weight of the dumbbells applied a force due to gravity, which exerted a torque on the gearbox. I gradually increased the weight, carefully noting the maximum load that the gearbox could handle before stalling. Maximum load found to be 19.6Kg Watch Assembly video; https://youtu.be/-TDyJqQzi7o?si=K-zNfpRykbQsGtcO
