Creality CR-10 Top Spool Bracket Holder
Description
I originally printed RamiR9's awesome, simple design, but I did it out of PLA. Over time, the spool started sagging, so I decided to make a longer version since we had some old, brittle material that we're trying to get rid of. This version centers the bracket more and hooks the bottom of the rail so that there's less deflection. I printed it with the default wall thicknesses and only 5% fill @ 0.28mm layers. This thing is snug on that rail. It's also very snug on the bracket as well. I added some slots for zip ties just in case the spool started sagging again, but it seems it doesn't need them. If you are printing in stronger material, I added shorter 15mm versions. The holder is pictured with the bearing spool holder that is designed to use the stock nut.
