Working Bevel Gear - Example
Description
This is a example of a bevel gear, and 3d printers can print small ones that work. I would recommend printing at a low resolution and the Main parts Separately. Print the Gears Separately, 1 at a time/ You can print the shafts, or you can use toothpicks as they are stronger, and easier to work with. Print the shafts upright with a brim, as it will stick to the bed easier The TPU is for a type of spacer, using it for its ability to fit with no spacing between parts - usual is 0.2 mm You can also use tape if you don't have TPU, but use small strips For instructions, view the cross section of the design I have attached There is a larger spacer named Spacer - 2, for the gears to mesh properly There is a longer shaft, which isn't necessary, you can use the smaller one for both gears, if you would like you can.
