Dell Poweredge 2950 2.5" Hard Drive Caddy
Description
I tried using some of the other prints on here (I am using 4) but I wanted to try my hand at creating one from scratch using one of the official Dell 0KF248 Caddy's I have already. The screw mounts are for the SAS drives, not the SATA drives for 2.5" slots. Minimal mounting options were selected just so it fits properly. There are no security clip hinge mechanism (yet). I created the front to have a pull tab for easier access. There are no holes yet for any ventilation in the front, but they probably aren't needed. This is the first version of the print that I was using for test fits for now. When I refine it further then I will add other things. I have included the Autodesk files and step files as well as an STL at this exact stage in case other people want to customize anything on the front for their own purposes. Once this is tested enough to work, I will post updated files for a base model as well as photos of the printed product.
