Apple Pencil Pro Holder - Magnetic
Description
This is a magnetic Apple Pencil Pro Holder that can be adhered to iPad cases or elsewhere. I got sick of the pencil getting knocked off when putting the iPad into my backpack. As a bonus, since the pencil isn’t constantly at 100% and charging, the battery longevity should be maintained a little better. If the fit isn’t quite right - whether it’s the pencil, or the magnets, feel free to scale the print in small increments. Just remember to scale the trim pieces an equal amount. IMPORTANT: Remamber to test the magnet polarity on the pencil before inserting said magnets into the holder and capping them with the included trim pieces. Find which side of the magnet attracts the pencil most strongly. When the magnets are 60mm apart when stuck to the pencil and their attraction is strongest, you’ll know you have the correct orientation. Place them in the holder slots in that orientation, and cap with the included trim pieces - you’ll need to print two of the trim pieces. If the magnets are a little rattly, you can add a layer of tape on the side not facing the pencil. Required materials: 2x 10x2mm magnets such as these: https://a.co/d/fnt6JqR and Double stick tape.
