The Recessed Design Prevents Interference If You Prefer To Uncover/Cover The Aperture With Your Fingertip. Because Of The Short "Focal Length" Of This Extension, There Is Significant Light "Falloff" At The Edges Of The Frame And The Corners In Particular.
