RV bathroom fan mount Ventline
Description
The motor failed in RV bathroom vent fan make by Ventline model V2094. Replacement 12 volt motor is no longer available and the replacement motor is larger than the original. So I designed a drill jig to drill that holes for the new motor. Since the screws for the new motor are too long I also designed a 2 mm spacer. Three holes need to be drilled, a large one for th e fan hub and two smaller ones for the the mounting screws. The new motor mounts on the existing motor mount. Print the Jig and the Spacer. then drill the center 1/2 inch hole for the hub. Next hold the jig in the hole you just drilled and use a 9/64th inch bit to drill the two mounting holes. I found a step drill was the best for drilling out the hole for the hub. I suggest PETG or ABS for the spacer and at 100% infill.
