VKB Gunfighter 200mm Extension for Chair Clearance
Description
The official VKB 200mm extension for my Gunfighter joystick fouls on the base of my PC chair. I created this alternate extension body so I have full range of movement on the stick without it hitting the chair when I pull back on the stick. This requires the original inner parts of the 200mm extension and you just need to lengthen the original wire connector cable by a few inches so it reaches both ends - so you'll need some spare wire (also I recommend properly soldering the wire extensions and covering with heatshrink). If you know what type of plugs are on the wire you could possibly find a small extension cable online? Leave a comment here if you know the plug type and I'll update this description. If anyone wants a different size extension then let me know and I'll be happy to upload alternative sizes. Print the STL on its side for maximum strength and you'll likely only need some support in the opening underneath the top of the extension (rectangle opening where you have access to insert the top screw and to pull the cables through).
