RJ45 External Mount
Description
I needed to install a waterproof Ethernet through-connect on my caravan (travel trailer for those in the US) to accommodate the Starlink dishy connection. I wasn't happy with a straight through connection as it would leave the plug sticking out at a right-angle which could easily be knocked and damaged. This mount angles the connection downwards to reduce the likelihood of damage, while also improving resistance to water incursion. It is designed to fit the [CNLINKO YT-24-RJ45](https://www.cnlinko.com/Products/294) metal circular two-hole waterproof aviation plug connector (or [similar](https://www.altronics.com.au/p/p0845-waterproof-ip65-rj45-chassis-mount/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwjeuyBhBuEiwAJ3vuoQM9EeJe-falbiPuhx81Gy3yBKAzrZaZGBqvjfYCpnXMiZ2DXOEXNBoC8fMQAvD_BwE)). I printed this in PETG for UV resistance. I have also included an additional mount for dual F-Type (TV) / RJ45 connections.
