Shark IZ300UK wand Release button
Description
We recently bought a Shark IZ300UK vacuum cleaner and are very happy with it. BUT after a few days I went to use it and the wand would not release and straighten. After a playing around and applying a little gentle persuasion, it still refused to budge. Rather than be hand fisted and break it totally I contacted Shark and after a video session, they confirmed it was broke and dispatched a replacement. This left me the broken one to play with now. After removing the button I soon worked out the switch had snapped off so the button was not pushing the remains of the lever down. I designed the release to sit under the spring and push down on the remains of the lever and after a few attempts got it all working great. After looking on google I see this is a common problem so thought I would post it on Thingyverse. Good luck with it. Supports to base are needed to the small overhang.
