Adaptor 110mm HT-pipe on 140mm fan
Description
This is a adaptor for a 110mm pipe for a 140mm fan, to vent the pipe. I created it from PLA with and created a UV-protection layer of black paint and a outer layer of white paint, to absorb and reflect the sunlight. But it should be done with PETG, because it is used outside. The wall from the housing is 3mm thick, there are all round corners. In Orca Slicer I used the option: - Convert holes to polyholes - Polyhole detection margin 0.01mm - Make Overhangs printable - [maximum angle 55°] - [Hole area 10mm²] (this will increase the strength and make it more aerodynamic in the inside) The holes for the fan are 3.5mm in diameter, it could be possibly smaller, but for my wood-screws this was good this way.
