Equilateral stick knots: 8_13, 8_17, 9_29, and 9_36
Description
The 8_13, 8_17, 9_29 and 9_36 knots built using equal length sticks. These knots were created by Timi Patterson (summer research scholar 2024) and myself. A description of how these knots were built can be found here: https://mathvis.academic.wlu.edu/2024/08/12/constructing-more-equilateral-stick-knots/ The data for the vertices of these knots is from Thomas D. Eddy: stick-knot-gen, efficiently generate and classify random stick knots in confinement https://github.com/thomaseddy/stick-knot-gen/tree/master/stick_number/mseq_knots from this paper: Thomas D. Eddy and Clayton Shonkwiler. New stick number bounds from random sampling of confined polygons. Experimental Mathematics 31 (2022), no. 4, 1373–1395.
