[SCAD] Dog harness go pro mount

Description

Note: This is a work in progress. Gopro mount with riser, with a 3 hole plate for mounting. It's designed to mount towards the rear of a dog harness (note: Not for mounting on collars!) The idea is to expose one hole to the rear of the harness, and 2 holes to the narrow part of the harness. Then, you can tie some paracord or zipties to strap it to the dog harness. Built-in riser (configurable in OpenSCAD) to raise the gopro mount. Don't raise it to high due to physics where the weight of the gopro would act like a pendulum and swing the camera as your dog waddles.
