Front load spool holder with right-angle gear drive for front panel adjustment
Description
Since it was difficult to adjust the spool width setting with the Z-axis homed (all the way down), I used a right-angle gear drive and shaft to enable the spool setting from the front of the machine underneath the bed when it is in the home position. You might need a reamer or some light sanding here and there but it does go together fairly well now. The good news is that if you have the previous version of this spool holder, the bearings and several other parts are reusable, if you like. Otherwise, you'll find two files - the parts for the left side and the parts for the right. Some parts already have brims, all can be printed in "fast and rough" mode without support (with a little clean up). The gear with the "S" on the bottom goes on to the spool screw-drive. The unlabeled gear goes onto the long shaft that comes out to the front of the printer.
