Rog Ally Cooling Mod Stand
Description
I wanted something to keep active cooking on my ROG Ally. I wanted to alleviate some of the noise that is produced while the machine is running for long play sessions. So i came up with this. I purchased two 80mm fans with a usb controller. ( the ones I purchased were attached to each other) and it is a snug fit with my printer so YMMV. Before my daughter was getting constant fan ram ups while playing the Sims 4 on hers and was getting high temps. Now i am seeing consistent 50-60 degree temps and it has been running for hours and I have not heard the internal fans kick on once. I also added an additional diverter to direct the airflow into the unit instead of allowing it to free flow up
