This is a quick and easy design made for my spoil board - link to my etsy if you're interested. - https://printshoptreasures.etsy.com/ca/listing/1579948115/3018-cnc-spoilboard-with-grid It's made with M5 hardware and uses 12mm in length to hold down depending on Z height if you modify it. It's originally designed at 10mm tall but that's easily modified in software. I've included images of my flip jig I've also made for my spoil board -link to my etsy if you're interested. - https://printshoptreasures.etsy.com/ca/listing/1790382165/cnc-3018-flip-jig The way this works is you can easily do repeatable machining or accurate 2 sided machining with this jig. The jig is a digital file and includes several sizes and styles. I've included one with a different hold down system so that even if you have a different spoil board you can use this jig. I have an XL designed and ready a future release but it's designed for a larger bed and the Y axis extension. Once I have the new Extension, design and upload the new spoil board, I'll upload the XL version.
