Proxxon KT70 spindle upgrade kit

[GER] below [ENG] I have created an upgrade kit for the coordinate table KT70 from Proxxon. There are no axial bearings fitted as standard, only greased washers. Axial bearings make it easier to adjust the spindle play. As the installed spindle is then too short, I designed new plastic covers. These have a cut-out to guide the bearings. The bearings then rest directly on the metal plate. Depending on the tolerance of the printer, the original cover cap on the side of the nut can also be used. Plastic spindle nuts are also fitted as standard. I make some from brass. This requires a 12 mm brass round rod. As this does not quite fit, it needs to be reworked with sandpaper. You can then cut the thread. The Y-spindle has an M6 left-hand thread. [GER]: Ich habe ein Upgrade-Kit für den Koordinatentisch KT70 von Proxxon erstellt. Standardmäßig sind keine Axiallager verbaut, nur gefettete Unterlegscheiben. Durch Axiallager kann man das Spiel der Spindel besser einstellen. Da die installierte Spindel dann zu kurz ist, habe ich neue Kunststoffabdeckungen konstruiert. Diese haben einen Ausschnitt zum Führen der Lager. Die Lager liegen dann direkt auf der Metallplatte auf. Je nach toleranz des Druckers kann auch die original Abdeckkappe auf der Seite der Mutter verwendet werden. Zudem sind standardmäßig Spindelmuttern aus Kunststoff verbaut. Ich hebe welche aus Messing angefertigt. Hierzu wird ein 12mm Messing-Rundstab benötigt. Da dieser noch nicht ganz passt, muss mit einem Schleifpapier nachgearbeitet werden. Danach kann man noch das Gewinde schneiden. Die Y-Spindel hat ein M6 Linksgewinde.
