Case Mount for Mellow Fly ADXL345 Ender-3
Description
Here's a housing/case and an extruder mount for Mellow's Fly-ADXL345-USB accelerometer, USB-C variant. I have used this on Ender-3 S1 and S1 pro printers. The correct X and Y orientation is marked on the top of the case, and it is crucial to align it properly for accurate resonance measurements to reduce vibration. Resonance is measured separately for the X-axis and the Y-axis. For the X-axis measurement, the case can be mounted to the extruder using the T-slot design as shown. For the Y-axis measurement, it can be positioned at the edge of the bed using clips.
