Fan Blade Sleeve Replacment for Creality Ender 3 v2 Stock Fan
Description
While attempting to fix a loose screw, I managed to break off a blade in the fan. Lesson learned. Since I was bored, I grabbed my trusty caliper and got busy... ***In order to make this work, make sure your printer is calibrated (e-steps-wise), for this is quite a tight fit*** I HIGHLY recommend using brim (or brim ears) for the blades, they easily lift off the bed while printing. 1. While the printer is OFF (can't stress this enough...) carefully take off your fan duct and remove the 40x10mm fan. 2. You'll need to break off the remaining blades and file off (or use a good cutter) the leftovers on the hub. 3. Gently but firmly slide the new blade sleeve on the hub - Put even pressure in opposite sides of the sleeve, while paying attention not to damage the blades. 4. Go over step 1 in reverse. 5. ??? 6. Profit. I'm now working on v1.2 (10 blades!). For now, v1.1 is tested and working well! *Feel free to ama.*
