Wolfsmesser / Wolf blade - Gothic 1 weapon
Description
This is my recreation of the "Wolfsmesser" or Wolf Blade from the video game series Gothic. The Wolf Blade is an iconic one-handed weapon from the game, having a very distinctive look. It not only wields a short blade, but the handguard is a sharp, serrated blade as well - making this a combination of a bladed knuckle duster/brass knuckles and a short sword/long knife. This was done as a commission by a friend of mine, to mount it decoratively on his bedroom wall. It can be used as a cosplay prop as well. I will add a picture of the finished weapon when its painted and the leather straps were added.
