New axle pin for the catapult made by 'Uhltimate'

I recently came across an incredible catapult designed by Uhltimate, which you can find here: Uhltimate Catapult. After printing four of them for a party, I noticed that when the pins or axles are undersized, they don't stay securely in place during every shot. This can lead to them popping out, especially depending on the torsion of the entire assembly, and sometimes it even causes parts to break. The design of these pins is specifically intended to keep the elastics of the catapult in place; they are not meant to replace the original pins at the pivot. The main goal is to prevent the elastics from slipping off the axles. They are very easy to assemble: first, you need to place them on the elastics, and then press to fit them inside the pivot arm, making them snap into place. I've designed this using Solidworks 2022. I've included the source files just in case anyone wants to tinker a bit.
