This is a blank card slot faceplate for the Extreme Networks / Avaya VSP 8404. Card slot blank has both the Avaya and Extreme Networks logo on it, as a nod to heritage Avaya for the original product before the acquisition. Recommended infill of 100% Has screw holes, however, with the back nubs, you can get away with just some light adhesive. UPDATED to include a blank with no logo's
