Next Level Racing - GT Lite / GT Lite Pro - Reinforcement

Description

Soooo, as I have not found any possible solution to make the body of NLR: GT Lite / GT Lite Pro stiffer, I had to find a solution for it. This project took me some time and still will be in development once I find some other better way, there could be a change coming. Finally, I can with peace in my mind tell you its good to go and the difference is unbelievable. There is almost no movement in the frame of the body and you can still enjoy the practical side of the foldable rig without any time loss. I mean, 15 seconds of removing the stuff will not bother you that much for the gain you can get. I am 173cm high ( dwarf ) and I have needed to put the plate which holds the wheel base on the last possible position to move it as close to me as possible. This has caused pretty awful up and down movement, which I obviously didn't like that much. If you are in the same situation, here is the solution. I have bought cheap wooden stick used as handle for shovels and that kind of stuff. The diameter of the stick is """ 28mm "" !!! if you use any other you need to prepare the models to fit your exact size. You can also always write me (dan.erbert@gmail.com) and I will prepare it for you, if you are not very familiar with editing of those, for some complimentary reward on paypal or whatever else. If I like you and you behave like a human it could be even for free. Manual: 1. Print the stuff needed 2. Put one end of the stick inside of one side of the printed part 3. Place it on the frame and look up how much of the stick you need to cut to be possible to put it inside of the printed part on the other side of the frame 4. You can select in the models if you want the "Quickrelease" solution with open end, which is meant faster to disassemble or the "Clamps" variant which is held by a screw. (The Screw needed is 50mm M5 + bushing on both sides) 5. Finish 6. Profit?! .. MODELS: 1. Reinforcement bar A (Quickrelease) , B (Clamps) 2. Base plate stabiliser (28mm bar diameter) 3. Tablet mount for MOZA base, ( you need velcrotape )
