Mosley #47 Clamp Block (P/N 1191)
Description
The is a "Clamping Block" for the Mosley Classic 33 (CL-33). Mosley Part Number: 1191 Description: No. 47 Clamping Blocks These were typically made from cast aluminum and would go between the boom and the mast mounting plate to keep the U-Bolts from pinching the 2" OD Aluminum tubing easily. This model was created as part of learning a new CAD software/site. It was also created as part of a presentation to illustrate the benefits of 3D printing within the amateur radio community. I have not fitted/installed this out in the field. Also not sure how long it would last in the elements (temps/rain/humidity) or how well it would hold up. This would be fine for a temp install like Field Day. Wouldn't suggest permanent 73, DE NT1K
