Cyclonic dust separator 125mm segmented for smaller printer

Description

This is a cyclonic dust separator for a 125mm (5") dust extraction line. There are other ones already designed on here but they unfortunately all required bigger print beds than I have, so I designed one from scratch sticking as close as possible to the dust extractor size ratios and then used Solidworks to break up that part into 20 pieces that fit on an Elegoo Neptune 4. In order to make it easy to assemble, I included brims at all joints to allow for spring clamps to be used to hold pieces in place whilst silicone adhesive cures. A number of the parts are identical to each other, but I included them all as the numbering helped me remember which parts I'd printed and which were remaining. Some of these parts are quite big and the use of the brims means there's quite a bit of support structure needed, but the tree type supports worked really well for me and were removed very easily. I mounted the cyclone to a blue bin that I had laying around. So far I've used it for a couple of jobs and I'd say about 75% of the dust getting sucked up is filtered by the cyclone. This will vary depending on the job and size of dust/shavings of course. It also helps protect my nice new dust extractor every time I accidentally such up a chunk of metal or a rag, so that's a plus. Its also worth mentioning that although the Solidworks part shows all of the brims lined up (because that's how I designed it and split it), I rotated the different layers by 45-degrees so there were no two joints in line, thus hopefully giving it a bit more strength.
