Quickjack ball bearing casters and hose clip
Description
I made these for my Quickjack 5000TL. These casters allow the jacks to be moved around freely and they will come off the ground once the lift starts raising. Use the SmallWheelHolder7000 for the -7000 series quickjacks. They are 40mm wide instead of 30. The hose clip is not great and I will redesign it at some point. I used M4 screws everywhere, despite the 1” caster having 5mm holes, because I only had M4 hardware in hand. Use 3M VHB on the back of the big caster block to stick to the quickjack, and use it as well on the small casters and clips to stop them sliding. I got the casters from Harbor freight, so I can confirm those fit. BOM: 2x 1” ball bearing caster 4x 5/8 ball bearing caster 8x 6mm long M4 heat-set insert 4x 9mm long M4 heat-set insert 4x 18mm long M4 screw 8x 6mm long M4 screw 10x zip ties (4.4mm wide) 3M VHB or similar
