Resin pump
Description
I designed a small pump for emptying the resin tank of resin printers. It fits most resin bottles. The pump is not particularly powerful, but it does the job even if it takes a long time. *Update* I have currently installed a 24V power supply and limited the voltage to 18V with a step down module. This makes the pump pump a little faster. The step down module also finds space in the housing. You need: 1 of these peristaltic pumps (12V 60-150ml/min): https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005001657165005.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.4.21ef5c5fRzfArX&gatewayAdapt=glo2deu 1 of these switches 10mm x 15mm: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005003250475310.html?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.order_detail_item.2.10a26368H1dyPd&gatewayAdapt=glo2deu 1 of these sockets for your power supply: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005004868796024.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.34.21ef5c5fRzfArX&gatewayAdapt=glo2deu 4 M3x12mm (or 10mm) screws and 4 M2x10mm screws 2 meters of 3mm x 5mm silicone tube 1 12V 2a power supply or 24V power supply with step down module (LM2596S https://www.ebay.de/itm/153752438218) and some wire and shrink tubing. I screwed the screws directly into the holes, you can also use threaded inserts but you will have to drill out the holes. I will not create a connection plan, those who do not know how to connect something like this should seek help from someone who knows about electricity.
