3d Printed Flashlight (14k+ Lumen Possible)
Description
3d printed flashlight project. TUTORIAL VIDEO: All components needed are listed in the "all components.txt" You can achieve up to 15k+ lumen if you use the official Cree XHP70.2 LED's (not used on my model due to price constraints.) If you use the budget LED's listed in the components txt you can get up to 8-10k lumen. (not tested but according to the LED info) FOR ALL FILES, PLEASE VISIT: https://github.com/HydranceAK/3d-Printed-Flashlight Quick information: All pieces price (3d parts excluded) is $60 CAD All parts are around 300 grams in PLA. Tools: 1. You will need a solder to solder on the wires to the LEDs and batteries etc. 2. Superglue or Hot glue gun will be needed for the battery holder and some other components (I highly recommend super glue as hot glue may melt) 3. Lighter or a heat gun 4. Spot welder Non 3d printed components: 5. Wires 6. Tape 7. Heat shrink 8.
