BG Climbing Rock Rings hangboard / no hang crimp spacers
Description
These are spacers for the the widest slots on the [BG Climbing "Wood Hangboard Rock Climbing Holds - Sturdy Hang Board for Climbers"](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X58S696), which are some of the cheapest wooden crimp blocks I have found. The problem is that among the edges that can fit four fingers, none are in the 15-20mm depth range, probably the most commonly used depth when training hangs or no hangs (pickups) for climbing. These spacers are designed to fit in the widest slots of the blocks to reduce the depth. The thinner slot is approximately 26mm deep, so using a 6mm spacer will reduce it to 20mm, or using an 11mm spacer will reduce it to 15mm. You can also download the Freecad files and change the "thickness" parameter in the spreadsheet to any thickness you want. The top and bottom sides of the spacers are springy to securely hold them in the slots. The "removable" versions have a little hole with a post in the middle that you can put something like fishing line around or hook something around if you need to remove the spacer, otherwise it could be a bit of a pain to pry the spacer out. In order to keep the blocks from tilting severely when using them with a shallower edge like this, I recommend drilling two 5/16 inch / 8mm holes as seen in the photo to pass the cord through instead of using the cord through the holes it comes.
