Seat ALTEA + XL Boot lock mechanism replacement screw gear fix
Description
This is a file I made and used to fix SEAT ALTEA 5p1 boot lock, that had a broken screw lock. I grinded down the nylon gear part and epoxied on a PETG printed part. I used a small abrasive file to smoothen the screw part and make it travel almost as smoothly as original nylon screw part. Print settings: PETG 12mm/s 0,1mm layerheight, 100% infill, 2 outlines
