Each shelf started as a customized [Dave's Modular Organizer-Shelf](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6915969), then they were further enhanced using 3D modeling programs (e.g., Blender, SketchUp, OpenSCAD) to add features not available with the standard customizer program. You also can color-code each shelf unit better organizing your space and workflow (e.g., red = frequently-used items, blue = current project, black = bolts, nuts, and washers). You can get your stuff organized with this flexible, modular, and extendable system. All needed components (e.g., pen holders, bins, phone stands, SD card holders, coin trays, and more) simply friction-fit into a base/holder.
