Custom Flexiport to Attach Hercules Miter Saw Dust Port to Rockler Click-Connect Hose

I have had the Rockler Click-Connect hose and adapters since they first came out and they are great. They allow you to quickly swap between different size Flexiports to fit various pieces of woodworking equipment. Ideally, I'd leave the correct Flexiports attached permanently to different power tools and just attach to the hose when needed. The problem is that the available Flexiports from Rockler don't fit everything I have and I don't have enough to permanently attach them to each power tool. I regularly searched Thingiverse and other locations to see if someone else had developed any solutions for this to no avail. I've thought about reverse-engineering the Click-Connect for some time to solve my problem, but I'm very much a beginner at 3D modeling. I finally decided to see what I can do and I designed this on TinkerCAD because I really haven't taken the time to learn Fusion 360. Update: Just after publishing this item, I did a search on some keywords to make sure my own item would show up and, for the first time, I saw that someone else had designed a Click-Fit adapter, and had posted it just the day before! His design is for a different tool and it definitely looks to be a much more elegant solution, so you should go check it out. Here it is: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6923219 The result is functional, but not pretty, which is fine for me. I first created a Click-Connect compatible adapter and printed it using PLA. To provide the direct connection to my saw, i made a simple tube sleeve from Flashforge Flexible PLA that slides onto my adapter. I used superglue to permanently attach the two pieces together. The flexible sleeve provides a good friction fit to the Hercules dust port, but I used a simple hose clamp to make sure it won't come off. I provided photos of the completed parts attached to the saw and also photos of a regular Rockler Click-Connect Flexiport and the host that it attaches to. Now that I have a working adapter, I can start making other attachments as needed for my workshop. I hope that others will take my rudimentary design and make it better and even nicer looking. I also hope others can design other attachments for it.
