Flange 53mm P=0.75 for Photographic Lenses and Linhof lens bord I have confirmed that the EBC Fujinon EX 135mm 1:5.6 and this flange (flange mount thread size 53mm P=0.75) can be combined correctly. The number and location of holes in this flange are the same as those of the flange that came with the Fujinon. The screw size is M2.5x10mm. I have a Linhof lens bord camera. So I also made a Linhof lens bord to fit this flange. According to the following web site, there are several other lenses that require the same flange. (I am a novice when it comes to OpenSCAD. So I also used FreeCAD.) The same method should work for other standard flange, so give it a try.
