Razor crazy cart battery mount for 2x Parkside 20V batteries (36V upgrade)
Description
This is a compact battery mount for 2x Parkside Batteries to enable your crazy cart to run on 36v (will need a new speed controller but standard motor is ok). This mounts to the fork frame bolts and you will need to drill 2 more holes to full mount the adapter (or could possible use glue instead!). You will need to use male spade connectors to connect to the battery and glue them into the battery adapter. Run the batteries in series to give you 36V. Using Parkside 20v 4Ah batteries gives a theoretical run time of 34minutes with the standard 250W motor. This was designed to be printed on a resin 3D printer with only support needed for battery box and top arch. The adapter has been redesigned from the original pictures to make it stronger as my son broke the first one it in a crash. The position of this battery mount is designed for small riders. With big riders like myself (6'1" 186cm 117kg 260lbs) the batteries are too close to my crotch to be ideal. Solidworks file and STL included.
